Nott’s arc was one of the most interesting as she found her family and was able to break the curse, with the help of her friends, to once again become the halfling Veth Bernatto. Critical Role has revealed that the fourth graphic novel in The Mighty Nein Origins series will be exploring the origins of Nott The Brave who had one of the most surprising backstories revealed during Campaign 2 of Critical Role.Ī rogue goblin with a drinking problem actually turned out to be a halfling with a family who was cursed to become a goblin.

With Jester Lavorre, Caleb Widowgast, and Yasha Nydoorin graphic novels already announced, fans have been eagerly awaiting who will be the next member of the Mighty Nein to have their backstory further fleshed out. Each member of the Mighty Nein has a fascinating backstory with quite a bit of mystery still surrounding each of their pasts. The Mighty Nein Origins explore the backstory of each member of Critical Role’s Campaign 2 adventuring party before they came together as the Mighty Nein. But Vox Machina aren’t the only adventurers whose pasts Critters will get to explore. Critical Role continues to flesh out their characters with comic books, graphic novels, and even an upcoming novel.
